Meet Patrick Consing

“Tuhon Patrick Consing (formerly known as “Guro Pat”) is the Head Instructor and Director of Kapatid Martial Arts Academy. He enrolled in the martial arts at the age of 10 at his mother's request, in order for him to learn discipline.

He grew up in San Francisco, CA, where his training in karate began. He moved to NY in 1993 and has been teaching martial arts since then. He currently holds the rank of Master Instructor in the Filipino Martial Arts and is a Black Belt Instructor in Okinawan Karate and Weaponry. He also has training in several other martial arts such as Indonesian Silat, Thai Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, and Submission Grappling.

Tuhon Pat is also a Peak Performance coach, helping men, women, and children to achieve their very best in life. Tuhon Pat is a Master Instructor in the worlds highly sought out “Filipino Martial Art of Sayoc Kali.”
